The Human Disco Balls are breathing disco balls that slowly come to life, sending dazzling reflections across the space like a classic disco ball, only far more dynamic!
The unique, handcrafted mirror suits, these mirrored creatures are wearing, give them the control of the light show.
While flying high in the air or dancing on stage, the Human Disco Balls amplify the lights in a carefully composed choreography.
The Human Disco Balls are a part of our Living Light Shows concept.

‘We searched for a balance of movements and light-effects to merge with the music and the story behind it. Reflecting light rays extending movements beyond the body, making the endless space visible the way ‪BE THE DISCO BALL‬ does.’

Be The Disco Ball has been creating living light shows since 2017. Experimenting with lights and materials, we build light shows that are controlled by body movements. Each unique suit is crafted out of approximately 3000 pieces, resulting in Mirror Suits, Prism Suits and UV Suits that give us the ability to visualize body movements in a new way.
All of these react to their own unique light set-up, that we developed for them.
By amplifying the lights, we control the light show throughout the space and express the feelings of the music in a breathing visual show.
These light shows come alive.
